Victorian government votes for Linux

Posted by lee on March 10, 2010

The Victorian Electoral Commission has released a tender requesting suppliers for a Linux-compatible eVoting kiosk. Apparently, they will be installing Linux using their internal staff. I’m sure they have some talent Linux Engineers – but clearly, they did not proof read the tender. Apparently, they want Gentoo version of Red Hat.
